City Limits Sports Seeks Beach Volleyball Referees near Pflugerville, TX

City Limit Sports LLC (CLS) is in need of several part-time referees. CLS organizes competitive recreational events for amateur athletes of all skill levels, and we are currently seeking several highly responsible team members to help competitors adhere to the rules of play.

WHO YOU ARE

This is currently a part-time independent contractor role, perfect for anyone interested in growing into a position and learning more about sand Volleyball, event coordination, or amateur sports in general.

The right candidate is:

• Able to remain calm under pressure
• Logical and decisive
• A fan of volleyball or similar sports
• Willing to learn the rules of the game in great detail

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

The Volleyball Referee works in the evening, Monday - Thursday during league seasons, and performs the following essential functions:

Court Refereeing

• Manage the pace of play
• Enforce rules during game play
• Report scores to Volleyball Coordinator
• Assist Volleyball Coordinator as directed

Customer Service

• Work with event-site staff to meet immediate participant needs
• Relay important customer concerns or questions to a CLS managing member
• Maintain a fun and competitive environment for participants

COMPENSATION

This is a part-time independent contractor position with a starting wage of $10.00 -$12.50 per hour, commensurate with experience. Opportunities for additional compensation are available.
