Basketball League Referee

AREENA is DFW’s unique, year-long Adult basketball league service. For over 3 years we have partnered with facilities to bring a new type of league to DFW. We provide stat tracking through our own app, and year round play to help players make sport and community a habit. We provide 1 ref on each field who keeps the score, time, and stats for every game via our AREENA app.

We are seeking a Referee capable of building upon our successes and helping us to position AREENA as the premiere provider of basketball leagues. This position is part-time and is primarily responsible for ensuring a great player experience, enforcing rules for every match, and executing our mission to build healthy community through sport.

Non-Negotiables:

• Be on time and start on time.
• Make fair calls to the best of your ability and be ready to resolve any altercation
• Treat everyone with the same level of respect that you expect from them
• Respond to all communication regarding scheduling within agreed response time.

Booking games will be done through our AREENA Partner app. Compensation rate is $25/game. Payment is given within 24 hours of games worked.

We are looking for referees for these locations that can commit weekly:

• TBP Athletic Complex (South Dallas), Sundays from 7-9 PM
• Saginaw Rec Center, Saturdays from 12-2 PM
