Apex Park and Rec Seeks Hockey Scorekeepers near Arvada, CO

Maintains accurate score sheets at assigned games. Prepares scorekeeping records of assigned games. Keeps accurate track of game time. Enforces Apex league rules. Responds to participants and general public using courteous and assertive language. Ensures games are being started on time. Accepts and completes assignments as directed by the Hockey Coordinator at game sites. Alerts Hockey Coordinator about any issues during game play. Assists referees and ensures accurate times of penalties and game clocks.

Knowledge of hockey rules and procedures. Basic knowledge of ice hockey. Ability to write legibly. Ability to keep accurate time of games. Demonstrates ability to be courteous and assertive. Ability to use electronic scorekeeping devices and score sheets/books. Hockey knowledge is preferred but not required. Must be able to work late night shifts from 7:00 PM – Midnight on select nights.
Minimum Age: 16 years
