Removing the barriers to becoming a ref
WBKN.com is reporting how the Ohio High School Althetics Association looked within to see the barriers for recruiting new referees by partnering with RefsPrep to offer online training.
This initiative along with the course beinig offered as credit to high school students should return positive results.
