Montana referee shortage getting worse

KTVQ doing their part raising the issue of looming game cancellations.

There's no surprise with the main reason of the shortage but  the 2nd reason - being asked to cover many more games for thise who have committed to officiating is interesting. Being overworked generally leads to burn-out, something assocoaitions and organizers need to factor in.
